Forklift Camera System Products
Holland Vision Systems typically markets our products through distributors of lift trucks and heavy equipment, and equipment accessory distributors. This allows better end-user support and installation by qualified technicians.

Distributors can leverage existing or old customer relationships to offer this helpful, value-added product for new forklift deliveries or retrofits. HVS has experience working with most forklift manufacturers' distributors and can provide references. Several manufacturers have done factory-installations of our equipment.

Whenever possible, we suggest that end-users work with their forklift equipment provider. While HVS will sell products directly to end-users who are able to do their own installations, we maintain suggested retail pricing. Distributors get special pricing on our products and gain income from installation.

We expect distributors to provide service to customers who purchase our systems. In the case of a problem in service, we expect them to be able to verify that the truck is still supplying power to each system component, that no cables have been cut and that there are no other signs of physical damage. We will provide assistance identifying whether a component of our system is malfunctioning and will expedite any warranty service.

We provide distributors with substantial sales support. We will discuss options for systems that match your customer's needs and your lift truck configuration. Typically there are several systems available at different price points. We will provide brochures, technical support, sample installation photos, video clips, installation guidelines, and discuss things to look out for. If you are located near HVS or have a sizeable opportunity, we will travel to your location and provide a demonstration on your customer's equipment at your customer's facility. We will always remain your technical resource. We commit to supporting you as a partner.
